When using the seeder, various faults will inevitably occur. When the motor does not drive, it is usually caused by the main switch not being turned on or forgetting to connect the power supply. Emergency treatment should be implemented according to this situation. Turn on the main switch of the machine or connect the 220v power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine. If the water potential of the machine is weakened or the water is cut off, which may be caused by the solenoid valve stopping operation, the filter is blocked or the main switch is not turned on, the filter should be cleaned in time, the water spray valve should be opened or the solenoid valve should be overhauled to ensure the normal water spray of the planter and improve the working efficiency of the planter. When it is found that sundries are stuck in the separation needle, the seeding work should be stopped immediately, and the work should be started after the sundries are taken out by professionals. When the seeder implements the seeding work, if the seeding is uneven or the seeding is stopped, it is generally caused by factors such as unqualified young seeds, wet seeding drum, imbalance between brush and seeding shaft, etc. Therefore, targeted measures should be implemented, and the operator should remove the branches and stalks remaining on the rice seeds in time to ensure that the young seeds are clean. Or dry the drum, adjust the brush and lift the opening plate in the seed box to ensure the normal operation of the planter and improve the sowing efficiency and quality. In view of the unearthed uneven phenomenon, the bearing mounting bolts should be adjusted in time to ensure that the machine is unearthed evenly.
